When should tracking information arrive?
The current vendor shipping page says tracking information and a personalized tracking link are generally emailed within 60 hours after payment confirmation.
That is an operational estimate, not a guarantee that every carrier scan will update immediately. Save the confirmation email and use the carrier tracking page for shipment-specific status.
Does every ProDentim order have free shipping?
No. The supplied package-pricing image shows $9.99 shipping for the 2-bottle Basic option and free shipping for the 3- and 6-bottle options. The separate written shipping policy may list destination-specific terms, so the live checkout should control the final shipping charge.
What about countries not listed?
The current published table names the United States, Canada, UK/Ireland and Australia/New Zealand. This site does not assume shipping availability for every other country. If your destination is not listed, use the current checkout or vendor support before relying on an order estimate.
Customs, local taxes and carrier delays can also affect an international order beyond the vendor's published shipping estimate.
Why the delivery address matters
The vendor says orders are shipped after payment confirmation to the address supplied at checkout. Check spelling, postal code, apartment/unit information and country before completing the order. An incorrect address can complicate delivery and any later refund timeline.
How shipping connects to the 60-day refund window
The current refund policy measures the 60-day period from the day the package is delivered. That makes delivery tracking useful not only for shipment status but also for documenting the start of the refund window.
