Before opening checkout
Decide what quantity you actually intend to buy, review the current package total, and read the shipping and refund terms. Do this before clicking through so a promotional layout does not become the only information guiding the decision.
Also review the current ingredient panel if health conditions, allergies, medication or dietary restrictions could affect suitability.
At checkout
- Verify ProDentim is the product being purchased.
- Check bottle quantity and total charge.
- Confirm spelling of the name and delivery address.
- Review shipping cost for your destination.
- Do not add optional items unless you intentionally want them.
- Save the order confirmation.
The current vendor says orders in this flow are processed through ClickBank. If the checkout information differs, stop and verify rather than guessing.
After payment
The current shipping policy says tracking is generally sent within 60 hours after payment confirmation. Save the tracking email. For U.S. orders, the published estimate is currently 5–7 working days; selected international destinations are listed at 10–15 working days.
When the package arrives, compare the physical bottle and Supplement Facts with what you expected before opening it.

- Order number and confirmation email
- Final amount charged
- Tracking number and delivery date
- Packing slip
- Physical bottles if you may use the refund policy
- Support correspondence
The delivery date is particularly important because the current refund policy starts its 60-day period from delivery.
